Meditation In Oklahoma

Please join us on Tuesdays for this uplifting series, Freedom From Fear….

Fear is a painful, sometimes even crippling emotion that can destroy our happiness and sense of well being. If we understand clearly where our fears stem from, we can take healthy and appropriate steps to free ourselves from the prison of fear and begin to live light heartedly, with true confidence and joy.
Each class includes a guided breathing meditation, practical advice to mix with our daily lives, discussion and a concluding meditation.
